Privacy Policy

Who we are

MaxCapital is a private investment firm. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and how you can exercise your rights. Contact for all privacy matters: info@max-capital.com, or by post to MaxCapital, 10 Market St, KY1-9006, Cayman Islands.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: name, email address, company name, website URL, mobile number (optional) and your message.

When you browse the site we collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, to evaluate potential investments or partnerships you propose, and to keep the website secure and working. Our legal basis is your consent (when you send the form) and our legitimate interest in running the firm and the site.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and email (hosting, form processing, analytics), bound by contract to protect it, or where the law requires.

Retention

Contact form submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless a deal or legal obligation requires otherwise.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR in the EU and state privacy laws in the US) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, including the right to be forgotten, email info@max-capital.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

International transfers

We operate in the United States and the European Union. Where data moves between the two we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version.
